With nearly thirty years years of experience, Matthew built Expert Valuation and Consulting, LLC on a foundation of accuracy, reliability, and exceptional client service.

What started as a simple operation has grown into a respected firm known for its expertise in complex appraisals, particularly in estate and probate proceedings, divorce settlements, real estate investments, financial planning, and purchase and sale transactions. Matthew Vasicek, the Senior Appraiser and founder, brings over thirty years years of dedicated service in real estate appraisals. Matthew is a Certified Residential Appraiser with ongoing professional development in advanced valuation techniques.

Matthew specializes in complex and non-complex appraisals for estate settlements, divorce proceedings, financial planning, bankruptcy cases, and purchase/sale transactions.

Matthew's additional experience in litigation support and expert testimony ensures that all valuations are clear, defensible, and stand up to scrutiny.
